What should I do before a consultation?

Nothing. Just make sure the baby is hungry enough to eat during the consultation.

There is no need to clean the house or put makeup on. Definitely no need to put anything more than a pair of sweat pants on. This is a judgement-free zone.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

When the baby has as much nipple in the mouth to reach the soft palate. This reduces pain for the mother and increases milk transfer.

Milk Supply Tips

Practical advice to boost your milk flow:

Make sure that you are eating enough protein throughout the day.

Stay hydrated. Drink! Drink! Drink!

The wrong size flange will affect how much milk you are able to pump. You are most likely a smaller size flange than you are currently using. There are great tutorials all over the internet on how to measure your nipple. We are more than happy to help you find the right size with a consultation.

Do you take payments?

Please cancel your appointment at least twenty-four hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations without twenty-four hours of notice by phone or e-mail will result in no refund. No shows will also result in no refund.
